Before they are made available for you, each and every one of the 800+ cars are put through various preparation tests and servicing at the on-site Hippo Motor Finance Service Centre. Your vehicle will go through 3 stages of preparation prior to delivery:
Your vehicle will start its prep journey at the Workshop in our state of the art Prep Centre where our trained technicians will service your vehicle to BVRLA standards and carry out any work required.
Once our in-house technicians have checked the vehicle, it will move to our onsite Body Shop. Here, our qualified vehicle body technicians will maintain the overall condition of the outer body work to ensure that this arrives to your door with the high used car standards we pride ourselves in providing.
By this stage, your new vehicle will have already been on quite a journey! The final step is for our valeting team to thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of your vehicle to give it that ‘new car’ glow.
