The Ford Fiesta and Vauxhall Corsa have a variety of petrol and diesel engines. Entry level Fiesta comes with 60 bhp that allows it to go from 0-60 in 16.9 seconds with a top speed of 94 MPH. The Corsa’s entry level model has 70 bhp which delivers a top speed of 101 MPH and can accelerate from 0-60 in 16.00 seconds.
The fastest models are the First Fiesta 1.6 EcoBoost ST-3 and the Vauxhall Corsa 1.6 VXR. The Corsa VXR develops a top speed of 143 MPH from its 1.6 petrol engine delivering 205 bhp. It can accelerate from 0-60 in 6.8 seconds. Meanwhile the Fiesta ST-3 has 183 bhp and can accelerate to 60mph in 6.9 seconds. It also has a lower top speed than the VXR of 139 MPH. At the top level, the Corsa VXR outdoes the Fiesta ST-3.

There is space in the back for passengers, however for the taller people, it may be a slightly tighter fit. Boot space is only 290 litres with the seats up, but when you drop the seats, the capacity increases to 974 litres, however the seats don’t lie flat.
In the Corsa, you can comfortable seat 4 adults, however if you have 4 6 foot plus people, it might be a tighter squeeze for those in the rear. The driver’s seat is also adjustable height wise. When it comes to the boot space, the Corsa can hold 285 litres with the seats up. Split-folding seats do not lie flat and are only available on the more expensive models.
