We’ll deliver your vehicle to any UK location, including The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, at a time that suits you. Your account manager will discuss your delivery during the application process.
Can I collect my vehicle?
Yes, you can collect your vehicle from our state-of-the-art showroom in Lancashire if you wish.
How long does it take to deliver my car?
We aim to deliver used vehicles within 48 hours. If you’ve ordered a brand-new vehicle, it can take longer and is dependent on the manufacturer.
What documents do I need to provide when you deliver?
You’ll need to provide proof of identification, such as a driving licence or passport, and we can only deliver the vehicle to the agreement holder.
What do I do if I’m not happy with my car after it’s been delivered?
We offer a seven-day money-back guarantee on all our vehicles. If it’s after that point, you may still be in your cooling off with your lender. At that point, it’s best to contact your lender to discuss your options.
Is there a delivery charge?
If you are financing a new car, delivery is free. The cost of delivery for a used car will depend on where you live in the UK. Your account manager will give you an idea of pricing during your application process, and you can always collect your car if you don’t want to pay the delivery charge.
Can I get an agreement in place and arrange to have my car delivered at a later date?
Yes, we can get an agreement to secure the price and finance rates and deliver the vehicle at a later date.
Who delivers my car if I get it from the manufacturer?
If you order your vehicle from the manufacturer, i.e. it’s a brand-new car we don’t have in stock, they’ll deliver it.
What shall I do if my car doesn’t arrive on time?
If it’s a new vehicle, we’re given an anticipated delivery date from the manufacturer. We’ll always keep you updated if there are any changes but can’t be held responsible for any manufacturer delays.
What happens if I’m getting more than one car or van/fleet delivered?
If you’ve ordered more than one vehicle, we’ll have them delivered on a transporter at the same time where possible.
When do I need to pay for delivery?
Delivery is already included on all new cars. If you’ve ordered a used vehicle, you’ll pay for delivery before it arrives.
Can I include delivery as part of my finance agreement, or is it a separate charge?
Delivery on all new cars is included. Your delivery charge can’t be included in your finance agreement on our used vehicles as it needs to be paid before the vehicle is delivered.
Can I change my delivery time or address, and is there a charge?
Yes, if you wish to change your delivery time or date, let us know at least five days before its due, and we’ll change it without charge. However, we can’t change the address as the vehicle must be delivered to the address on the finance agreement.
